However, please note that due to the nature of our services, payments made for the use of the Logistware platform are non-refundable under any circumstances. - General Terms
- No Refunds on Payments: Once payment is made for any services on Logistware, including but not limited to, load postings, premium features, subscription fees, or other platform-related services, the payment is final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or reimbursements after payment is processed, regardless of whether or not the service has been used or accessed.
- Non-Transferable: All payments made to Logistware are non-transferable and non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel your account or no longer wish to use our services.
- Service Availability and Issues
- Platform Access: Logistware makes every effort to ensure that our services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If the Platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control, users are not entitled to a refund or compensation for such downtime.
- Service Issues: If you encounter technical issues or problems accessing the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately. - Payment and Billing
- Payment Processing: Payments for services on Logistware are processed via third-party payment processors. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final. - Payment Disputes: If you attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a payment with your bank or credit card company after services have been rendered, Logistware reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and seek legal recourse for any damages incurred.
- Subscription Services
- Automatic Renewals: If you have subscribed to any recurring services or subscriptions on Logistware, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel your subscription partway through the billing cycle.
- Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any period already paid. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed service until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point access will be revoked.
- Refund Exceptions
- Errors in Billing: In rare cases, if Logistware has made an error in billing or overcharged you for a service, we may provide a partial refund or credit at our sole discretion. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline any request for a refund.

- Chargeback Policy

- Fraudulent Claims: Logistware will investigate any chargeback requests and fraudulent claims. If we find that the chargeback or refund request was made without valid grounds, you may be liable for any costs or damages incurred by Logistware, including but not limited to chargeback fees, legal fees, and service fees.
- No Warranty of Results
Logistware does not provide a warranty, express or implied, regarding the results of using the platform. There are no guarantees that any specific result, transaction, or business outcome will occur by using Logistware’s services. As such, payments for the services are final, and no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes.
