Once you sign up for the Instant Board Affiliate Program, you can find your unique referral link in your affiliate dashboard. You can share it by copying the link and sending it via email, messaging, or other communication channels. Additionally, you can use social sharing buttons within the dashboard to post your referral link on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

You can track your referrals by checking the “Referrals” section in your affiliate dashboard, where you’ll see the people who have signed up using your link. As they engage with the platform, your commission earnings will be updated in real-time on the Commission Board, giving you full visibility into your earnings.

To receive your commission payments, make sure to fill in your e-transfer email address under your profile settings. Payments are made on a monthly basis, so you’ll receive your earnings at the end of each month. We’re also excited to announce that a PayPal payout option will be available soon!

Yes, you can reach out to the shipper through email or phone number displayed on the load page. This allows you to discuss any special requirements.

After registering as a carrier, you can browse available shipments posted by shippers in the “Find Shipments” section. You can filter the listings based on load type, location, and other criteria to find the best opportunities for you.

Shipper Resources

After registration, navigate to the “Post a Shipment” section in your dashboard. Enter the details such as load type, origin, destination, and preferred delivery date. Carriers will then be able to view your posted shipments and offer to haul them.

In order to apply for loads, you need to have an active account. if you already have an account with us, click on login at the top of the page and proceed to view and apply to loads.

If you don’t have account, click on register at the top of the page to get started.

On the shipment page, you can find important details including:

  • Pick Up Address
  • Delivery Address
  • Pickup Date
  • Delivery Date

  • Hazardous Shipment (if applicable)

This information helps carriers assess the shipment and determine if they are able to handle the load.

Yes, a carrier can reach out to the broker directly without submitting a bid. They can contact the broker via email or phone that is displayed on the load page to discuss the shipment or make inquiries before deciding to place a bid.

The “Bid” button allows carriers to submit their offers for a specific shipment. Once a carrier places a bid, the shipper can review the offers and choose the one that best fits their needs. When the shipper selects a bid, the carrier will receive an email notification, allowing them to begin the process directly with the shipper to finalize the shipment details.
